1. Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.提升客户满意度及忠诚度。2. Make the cooperation between Schneider and the customer more smoothly and efficient.促进施耐德和合作伙伴之间的业务开展,使其更加顺利、高效。KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Answer commercial inquiries about price, stock and commercial policy;解答客户关于价格、库存和商务政策的咨询。2. Deal with quotation, order booking, order tracking, etc;处理报价单、订单及后续发货跟踪等事宜。3. Handle customer needs properly to improve customer satisfaction and avoid any complaint;合理处理客户需求,提升客户满意度,避免客户投诉。4. Optimize the internal and external business processes;持续优化内部、外部的商务流程。5.
