职位描述：
职责描述：
1、检测工作detection work
check cmm, welding penetration and muffler inner structure measurement and test based on annual plan.
根据年度检验计划，对量产产品进行定期三坐标、熔深和消音器内部形态检验；
dimension and penetration check during apqp
配合新项目调试对零件进行尺寸和熔深检验，并输出结果
check muffler inner structure such as clearance and baffle deformation.
消音器内部隔板与壳体间隙、隔板变形情况检查
purchasing part ots and gauge approval during apqp
新项目外购件的ots认可以及外购件检具，并输出报告
check gauge of self-made parts during apqp
新项目自制件检具的认可
2、校准工作calibration
lead gauge validity and cmm check
责检具有效性管理和检具定期三坐标检测
calibration to metering
根据计划协助实施计量器具的定期校准
monthly calibration of leakage test machine
气密仪月度校准
3、实验室管理lab management
lab 5s and daily check
负责实验室5s、设备日常点检
lab material management
实验室耗材管理
lab reports management
负责实验室报告管理
other specific jobs assigned by superiors
上级领导安排的其他工作
4、follow company ehs requirements. report potential risk and ehs events.
遵守公司ehs相关规定，报告安全生产事故隐患，报告ehs事件
5、perform responsibility relative to ehs management system
履行ehs管理体系中相关职责
任职要求：
1、education 教育背景
 college degree or above of mechanical or welding related discipline
机械或焊接专业，大专以上学历
2、work experience 工作经验
 the auto industry more than 3 years working experience
 汽车行业3年以上工作经验
3、specialized skills/knowledge 专业技能/知识 :
proficient in cmm and penetration test.
精通三坐标测量和金相检查；
 familiar with the knowledge of gd&t
熟悉gd&t知识
 master the operation of 3d&2d software
掌握3d&2d软件操作
 strong communication and coordination ability
具有较强的沟通能力
