lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful project launches on time and budget
ensure these teams achieve all customer and company requirements for new projects including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction.
领导多功能团队，按时、按预算成功投产负责的新项目，确保团队达成客户和公司在新项目质量、成本、交付、产品性能和客户满意度等方面的要求。
job responsibilities:
工作职责：
 set up new project cross functional team and seeking for support from leadership.
负责组建合格的新项目开发团队，并寻求领导层的支持。
 make and update program work breakdown and timing plan.
负责编制项目进度表，并适时保持更新。
 process and schedule of tenplus management.
按照tenplus流程进行项目管理，确保各关键时间节点满足顾客要求，使项目管理过程受控
 arrange project review meeting regularly, track project action log. assist related departments in completing project works according to node time.
定期召开项目会,跟踪项目行动计划的完成情况，协调公司内部各部门按节点完成所负责的项目工作。
eacalate huge issues to management team to seek support in a timely manner
及时升级主要问题到管理层，寻求支持解决问题
 cost controlling &profitability tracking in all phase of project.
负责项目开发过程中的成本控制及利润跟踪。
 communication and coordination with r&d center & customer .handle issues during the project development on time
与设计中心及顾客保持密切联系，就项目开发过程中遇到的问题进行及时沟通和协调。
 follow company ehs requirements. report potential risk and ehs events.
遵守公司ehs相关规定，报告安全生产事故隐患，报告ehs事件
requirements（education/certification/work experience/skills）:

bachelor degree in engineering or above
大学本科以上学历，工科类专业
 work experience
工作经验
more than five years design or project management experience in automotive field.
五年以上汽车行业技术、工程或项目管理工作经验
specialized skills/knowledge
专业技能/知识 :
good oral and written english
良好的英语口语及读写能力
be proficient in office software operation and cad & 3d , mastery of modern design.
熟练使用各类办公软件和掌握现代设计方法，熟悉cad及3d制图。
be familiar with ts16949 quality management system, project management experience.
有项目管理经验，熟悉ts16949质量管理体系。
